This adorable coin is the fifth and final release in our 2021 Dreaming Down Under series and features an adorable baby wombat. Illustrated by Australian artist Elise Martinson, this series is inspired by dreamy newborn basket photography, a trend adored by parents all the world over.
Struck by The Perth Mint from 1/2oz of 99.99% pure silver, the coin is issued as legal tender under the Australian Currency Act 1965.
The Perth Mint will release no more than 5,000 of the Dreaming Down Under – Wombat 2021 1/2oz Silver Proof Coloured Coin.
